A small town in the countryside. In an effort to liven things up, the town held a contest for revitalization project proposals, and the “Beauty Pageant” idea proposed by a group of students was selected. Excited by the idea, they nominated Ms. Kaede—famous for her beauty—and practically forced her to enter. To ensure she’d win, they came up with the plan to make her wear the “Ultimate High-Leg Swimsuit.” After her body was measured down to the last detail, they prepared for her an ultra-sharp high-leg swimsuit, a partially see-through high-leg swimsuit, and a high-leg with an extreme cut—all incredibly lewd designs.
