Movie Information:
Yoshino is a plain-looking salaryman living a quiet life in a suburban apartment. One day, a flashy, punk-style gal named Riri moves into the apartment next door. At first, Yoshino thought she’d be a troublesome neighbor and consciously avoided her, but one day, he helps Riri, who’s screaming at a cockroach in her room, and the distance between them suddenly shrinks. “…I’ll make it up to you for all your kindness,” she says, barging into Yoshino’s room. She starts hanging out there all the time, acting aloof but taking care of him, and sometimes even acting all sweet and clingy.
