Movie Information:
Rei, a married woman, started a part-time job at a convenience store late at night to escape her husband’s emotional abuse and sex that felt like a chore. Tomifumi, a college student temp who helped her fix a cash register error, asked her for a kiss on the condition that “there would be no strings attached,” and Rei’s empty void began to be filled. Under the register, in the back room, inside the store when a power outage left it empty of customers.
