One day, while cleaning with my wife, Yuki, as part of the neighborhood association, we were approached by Chairman Sugiura and his entourage, who informed us that there would be a camping trip for all members. Since it was scheduled for a weekday, I firmly opposed it, saying I had to work, but after Sugiura warned Yuki that she might run into trouble with the women’s association later on, she reluctantly agreed to participate.
