By some twist of fate, my Napolitan pasta went viral, and it’s turned into a place known for delicious pasta where office workers line up during lunch. Running the place alone has its limits, so I tried hiring part-timers through a popular side-job app, but all I kept getting were incompetent middle-aged guys—it was getting frustrating.
