It’s been a year since I quit my corporate job to open a coffee shop out of my passion for coffee. By some twist of fate, my Napolitan pasta went viral, and it’s turned into a place known for delicious pasta—so much so that office workers line up during lunchtime. There’s a limit to what I can handle on my own, so I tried hiring part-time workers through a popular app, but all I got were incompetent middle-aged men, which was becoming a real problem. Half-giving up and thinking this would be my last try, I finally requested a part-timer for the 10th time. Then, miraculously, Tsumugi—a beautiful, competent, and incredibly charming young woman—showed up.
