My wife, Chiharu, and I still love each other like lovers. One day, we were returning from shopping with Chiharu when a man claiming to be an editor for a marriage magazine approached us. “I’d like to interview a happy couple,” he said. He asked if he could take our photos at a photo studio later. I declined on behalf of my work, but he asked if he could at least take some photos of Chiharu with a male model to create a “couple” look.
