Movie Information:
Sumire, a housewife who has her husband wrapped around her finger, lived without any particular complaints about her masochistic husband. One day, her father-in-law came to Tokyo for a week of vacation and ended up staying at their house. Sumire and her father-in-law had clashed in the past and grown distant; although he had mellowed somewhat, he still made snide remarks. Not wanting to get into a fight, Sumire decided to play nice and put up with it for the week, but her stress built up within just one day as her father-in-law made snide remarks about everything from how she cleaned the house to the way she spoke.
